What You Can Expect

The first step in our process is a Health and Wellness Consultation, which serves as an opportunity for us to meet and determine if coaching is suitable for you. This virtual or telephone consultation is completely free of charge. Its duration usually ranges from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the questions and concerns you may have as a client.


If coaching is a good fit for you, we will proceed with an initial assessment session, which typically lasts up to 50 minutes. Initial sessions are longer than the subsequent weekly sessions and allow us to cover all the necessary intake assessments comprehensively. These sessions are virtual or telephone based. 


 Ongoing sessions begin promptly after your initial assessment and are 30 minutes each.  Our primary emphasis will be to clarify your health and wellness goals. We will break them down into smaller weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly goals, guiding you toward your long-term objective that cater to your individual needs and desired outcomes. 


I provide a safe and non-judgmental space. It's important to me that you feel completely comfortable and accepted for exactly where you are right now. Whether you're just starting out or navigating through challenges, this is a judgment-free zone. Your experiences are valid, and I'm here to support you. We will work together in a way that honors your unique path and helps you achieve your health goals at your own pace.


Rest assured that all our sessions, calls, and the information shared are strictly confidential and adhere to the national standards outlined by HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).


Yoga - One-on-one yoga classes are crafted to cater to your specific needs and goals. Whether you're seeking to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, or address specific health concerns,  each class is designed with your objectives in mind. I understand that each individual is unique, so I prioritize accommodations tailored specifically to you. This allows you to dive into your yoga practice with personalized attention and guidance, ensuring a fulfilling and effective experience.
