Be empowered to take control of your well-being by creating a movement routine that fits seamlessly into your life. Designed for those new to adding physical activity, this flexible program meets you where you are, offering support as you build lasting, healthy habits.

By the end of the program, you’ll have a solid foundation of conscious movement that aligns with your lifestyle and sets you up for ongoing success.

Includes:

  • Initial Assessment (60 minutes): Get clear on where you’re starting from and identify where intentional movement can fit into your routine.
  • Weekly & Biweekly Coaching Sessions (30 minutes): Focus on actionable steps, accountability, and building confidence with simple, intentional movement practices.
  • Movement Exploration: Discover activities that resonate with you (yoga, resistance training, stretching, walking, etc.) and incorporate them into your week.
  • Daily Intentional Practice: Develop a daily 5-minute mindset routine to help you stay focused and intentional with your movement.
  • Open Studio Hours: Open studio hours are in addition to your regular sessions and can be scheduled each week ranging from 15-60 minutes to ensure you have the support you need when you need it.
