Furthermore, I'm certified as a Health and Wellness Life Coach through Emory University and hold accreditation as a registered Yoga Instructor with The Yoga Alliance. With my expertise and resources, I'm committed to providing a holistic coaching experience, empowering you through every step of your health and wellness journey.
In addition to being a change agent for people just like you who want to improve their health and wellness and strive to become their personal best. I am committed to ongoing personal growth. I am diligent in expanding my understanding of how to lead a fulfilling and healthy life. Sharing my experiences is a passion of mine, empowering individuals like you to flourish by fostering self-trust, embracing a growth mindset, and infusing life with fun, experimentation, and creativity whenever possible.
My interest for health and wellness began in 2000 when I lost my mother. Shortly after, my father passed away in 2004. They both retired early but unfortunately died prematurely from preventable diseases. Prior to their deaths, I was unaware of the overwhelming number of Americans that die every year from preventable diseases. *According to the CDC, nearly 900,000 Americans die prematurely each year and 20-40 percent of these deaths could be prevented with lifestyle change and adopting healthy habits.
It is my mission to help you develop a presence of self care in routines and lifestyle that provide the foundation to vibrant health and wellness. Proper nutrition and physical activity are vital components of a healthy body, while wellness encompasses your entire being. Through nurturing partnerships in a non-judgmental environment, I empower individuals like you to realize your fullest potential.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we take a close look into the eight domains of wellness. The wellness domains we explore are physical, emotional, social, financial, intellectual, environmental, occupational, and spiritual. We also explore your personal strengths and resources and use them to create your unique wellness experience.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. This is a HIPAA compliant organization.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. I typically work in a group of 4 to 8 sessions. The cadence of these sessions are chosen by you.
