I am certified by The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), I also hold a Health and Wellness Life Coaching certification from Emory University, Bachelor of Fine Studio Arts degree from Berry College and Registered Yoga Instructor with The Yoga Alliance.
In addition to being passionate about health, wellness, and coaching others toward their personal best, I am a curious and creative spirit continually expanding my knowledge on how to live a full and healthy life. I enjoy sharing my passion and experience to empower others to thrive by exploring and trusting intuition, adopting a growth mindset, and inviting fun, play, and creativity into life whenever possible.
My passion for health and wellness began in 2000 when I lost my mother. Shortly after, my father passed away in 2004. They both retired early but unfortunately died prematurely from preventable diseases. Prior to their deaths, I was unaware of the overwhelming number of Americans that die every year from preventable diseases. *According to the CDC, nearly 900,000 Americans die prematurely each year and 20-40 percent of these deaths could be prevented with lifestyle change and adopting healthy habits.
I have discovered that a presence of self-care in routines and lifestyle provide the foundation to health and wellness. Having a healthy body includes proper nutrition while wellness is inclusive of your whole self. I enjoy creating a trusting partnership in a non-judgmental space to empower others to reach their fullest potential.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we take a close look into the eight domains of wellness. The wellness domains we explore are physical, emotional, social, financial, intellectual, environmental, occupational, and spiritual. We also explore your personal strengths and resources and use them to create your unique wellness experience.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. This is a HIPAA compliant organization.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. I typically work in a group of 4 to 8 sessions. The cadence of these sessions are chosen by you.
