What to Expect


  • The 8-session program begins with anchoring—building a foundation for a regulated nervous system, which is key to making choices aligned with your values and wellbeing.
  • From there, we address nutrition—if you want energy to move your body, you must fuel it properly. 
  • Next, we focus on movement and what it takes to keep your body physically healthy. 
  • At the halfway point, we celebrate wins and explore opportunities for growth. 
  • The final sessions focus on integrating what you’ve learned through the cyclical growth framework—an intentional process for navigating continued wellness.
  • You’ll learn to recognize patterns, adjust your actions, and make aligned choices that support sustainable wellbeing. 
  • By the end of this program, you’ll have a clear understanding of what it takes—mentally, physically, and nutritionally—to create lasting wellbeing. 


Cadence

  • This 8-session program consists of 1:1 private online sessions spread over 11 weeks. 
  • Meets weekly for the first 5 sessions, followed by every other week for the final 3 sessions. 


Accessibility and Convenience

Experience the convenience of virtual sessions from the comfort of your own space. With sessions held over video calls. Virtual sessions provide accessible means to prioritize your well-being, catering to busy schedules and frequent travelers.

  • Find a quiet, private space free from distractions.

  • Be ready to share your experience in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
